Job Title: Senior Litigation Paralegal

We delve into the most complex and high-conflict cases involving property disputes, business disagreements, parental alienation, unjust violence (government-sanctioned or personal assaults), and intimidating government overreach via the criminal and juvenile courts/DHS. We’re currently seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal who can bring an experienced hand to our firm and aid in the development of the next generation of trial lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting attorneys with case development from intake/sales to settlement or trial

• Managing discovery, preparing and filing legal documents, and organizing trial exhibits

• Engaging in the training and development of new trial lawyers

• Effectively organizing and managing case files

• Playing a key role in trial preparation, providing crucial in-court support when necessary

Qualifications:

• A 4-year university degree or significant, proven experience in a high-volume legal practice

• Extensive experience as a paralegal, ideally in litigation, and in a law firm setting

• Knowledge of legal principles, practices, and procedures

• Excellent legal research skills, including proficiency with legal databases

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a creative and proactive approach

• Experience in family law and criminal defense or our other practice areas is a definite plus
